Add counterpart to ToSlicePtr: FromSlicePtr #415

Create a function FromSlicePtr that will do the opposite of the function ToSlicePtr.

What should be the behavior if the item is nil? I suggest that the function returns a tuple (out []T, ok bool) with ok=false in this case.
