Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not really a problem, i just like the feature from pomofocus.io/app which allows for auto-pomo helping with the lazy/procrastination thinking of doing it later

Describe the solution you'd like
A button which enables auto-pomo -> will automatically start work or break time
