Native thread creation failed

Tonight at 1:16am UTC the SAP Mentor Finder went down. In the Other Logs I found the following Entry:

Searching for this error message the SAP Note 1847508 - Unable to create new native thread can be found. It recommends Change parameters maxproc from default value to unlimited value. Is there something we can do about this in the cloud platform?

Looks more like a memory leak

Separate UI5 part from Java.
