NDA and FBA Fields with expiry date

Functions but accessed only exclusively by Prog Team for all SAP Mentors
Possibility to generate report to see expiry dates

Dear @mlfarrales can you please clarify if two separate fields (one for NDA, one for FBA) must be created or if one switch and the date for expiring is enough.

Is it possible that someone holds an NDA and FBA? Or does it not matter and an NDA is as good as a FBA?

Due to job changes it is best to have one Field for NDA and one Field for FBA
FBA is acquired through the Employer for example Company X has an FBA w/ SAP until 2099; I am an employee of Company X therefore, I have a valid FBA until 2099
