Will the public be able to search for expertise? Will public be able to see Mentor contact info to contact Mentors directly? Or is it possible to create a messaging form so that Mentors can be contacted with one click?

Searching for expertise does already work, but only when you use uppercase. I.E. Cloud returns many result:

but cloud only one.
