Soft Skills entry should be better guided

The list of soft skills looks pretty random.
ASUG membership can be put in, but not any other SAP user group?

And what would be the guidance of when to put in say “conflict resolution”?
After having a certificate in counselling? Or after surviving a heated debate with your partner? :)

I think something like a list that allows free-text in addition to a list of common soft skills together with a quantifier (some, medium, lots of experience) could work alright here.

It would also help to provide some visible guidance (maybe examples) for what to choose when.
