setup node and customize bash, zsh, git, vim

make sure git is installed, otherwise install git.

install:

curl -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sarbbottam/conf-files/master/setup | sh

unistall is desired:

curl -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sarbbottam/conf-files/master/remove | sh
