Apache Tomcat

Supports also Tomee, GlassFish and Payara. Configure Apache Tomcat with extraClasspath and webApp property.

Configuration

Setup extraClasspath property in hotswap-agent.properties.

Implementation notes:

StandardContext (parsed web.xml configuration):

• isCachingAllowed() - force to false
• watchedResources
• startInternal() - implemented lifecyle

ApplicationContext:

• getResource(String path) - override webapp directory location
• ClassLoader getClassLoader() -> ClassLoader result = context.getLoader().getClassLoader();
