can not use with 'hardhat-deploy' #640

module.exports = async () => {
  console.log('deploy executed');
};

// ./test/xxx.test.js

before(async function () {
  await deployments.fixture();
  console.log('deployments.fixture');
});

npx hardhat coverage
deployments.fixture

npx hardhat test
deploy executed
deployments.fixture

just console out "deployments.fixture" but not "deploy executed"
'deployments.fixture()' not load deploy using solidity-coverage
