Scambi is broad and complex. For this reason, those who organize it follow a magnificent, functional, very special structure.
Each associate has a role and each role represent a fundamental piece of the "staff-puzzle" of Scambi Festival.
Everyone is part of the team and each team has a Team Leader. At the same time, there exists some figures working independently from team, such as PIX and the representatives.
