Virtual controller not appearing in DCS

Simple and clear app design as a xinput emulator.

For some reason I wanted to test this emulator with my 8bitdo Ultimate Bluetooth(8UB) controller
(Though it's already xinput).

A simple program launched discovered pheonixpad OK.
But DCS(Digital combat simulator by Eagle Dynamics) only recognized original controller.
Same for both steam version and standalone version.
Also tried indirect loading which I guess not related

Could you suggest Any solutions?

Another question

The source reference in the main screen with gamepad picture.
Like " Pad#1 LB".
In my case the 8UB appears as Pad #1
Does 8UB keeps being the Pad#1 in various situations like when I disconnect the 8UB and
connect my XBC(Xbox controller XS)
(Doesn't mean removal and install in device manager, Just wireless connection on off in cases like standby time out gamepad turn off then disconnection...)
