The extract command doesn't work anymore ?

I'm trying to make work this bundle but I'm stuck with the extraction command : php app/console translation:extract de --enable-extractor=jms_i18n_routing, that doesn't seem to exist anymore (Symfony 3). Is there another way to translate the routes ? Actually I'll be able to do it by end if I knew how to write it and where ??
