It's been broken for aaaaaaaaaaaaaages....

And makes our scriptcs root node red :rage1:

I fixed the build config. It was using a hopelessly outdated version of nuget.exe to do the package restore.

Correction: #19 also needs to be mreged to close this.

The build has been failing because the solution depends on Common.Logging yet does not declare it as a dependency. #19 removes Common.Logging,
