Autocomplete Redirect on Single Result

The autocomplete controller will do merchandising redirections from the autocomplete component, bypassing the need to goto the search page only to then be redirected. However, the search page (via the search controller) also does redirections for single results. There should be an option to do the redirection for single results in the autocomplete controller as well.
