Adds the fields: - education - income_levels - housing_type - house_members - antiviral_1 - smoke - chronic_illness These fields were missing in some capacity from certain kiosk samples in ID3C.
Adds additional fields to the ingestion pipeline and adds mapping functions for spanish language enrollments to ingest their responses as English equivalents.
