Looking at the OutputNumbers.txt file, it looks like I get the same numbers for scaffolds and contigs:

Contigs >= 100 nt
 Number: 455357
 Total length: 76317200
 Average: 167
 N50: 155
 Median: 146
 Largest: 21813
Contigs >= 500 nt
 Number: 4483
 Total length: 3882106
 Average: 865
 N50: 855
 Median: 680
 Largest: 21813
Scaffolds >= 100 nt
 Number: 455357
 Total length: 76317200
 Average: 167
 N50: 155
 Median: 146
 Largest: 21813
Scaffolds >= 500 nt
 Number: 4483
 Total length: 3882106
 Average: 865
 N50: 855
 Median: 680
 Largest: 21813
