Use Laravel default locale settings #95

Laravel has own 'locale' and 'fallback_locale' settings. It would be great if laravel-gettext used them in case its own 'locale' and 'fallback_locale' were no defined in config/laravel-gettext.php.
That way we could avoid possible inconsistency.
