Hello,

How are the Sampled_clip in the HowTo-Interlink7M data set, that is, the two data subsets Howto-Interlink7M_subset_w_sampled_clips_val.tsv and Howto-Interlink7M_subset_w_sampled_clips_train.tsv obtained?
Why is the video divided into discontinuous clips?
How are the clips in the video discarded?
