Adding resource limits for the deployments

Description:
At the moment, we don't have a way to set the resource limits for the deployments that are being created through the Siddhi Operator whether it's a distributed deployment or a standalone deployment.

We need a way to add these information either at Siddhi Custom Resource object or at Siddhi annotation level.
