SSL conflict

Hi, some time ago I used surge encrypt domainname to create ssl certificate, but then as it doesnt provide ssl for www. I manually created a certificate and added it by using surge ssl -pem ... command

now my surge's default certificate expired and my domain shows unsecure and can't do anything about it. nothing happens when I rerun surge certs domainname

would it help if I teardown the site and redeploy fresh?
