Setting up teh CLI with appsettings.json can be challenging for some users.

Describe the solution you'd like
A multi-platform desktop application that helps with the initial setup and then runs as a background service.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Creating PWA, but that failed due to CORS policy in browsers.
