1. WHAT'S NEW IN THIS RELEASE?
======================================================================
Please see the file NEWS.txt for more information about recent changes
in the RELAX NG schemas for SBML Level 3. For a complete list of
changes, please see the revision logs in the source code repository at
http://sbml.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/sbml/trunk/specifications/RelaxNG
2. USING THE SCHEMAS
======================================================================
Please consult the following web page for information about how to
use these RELAX NG schemas:
http://sbml.org/Documents/Specifications/RELAX_NG_schemas
3. REPORTING BUGS AND OTHER PROBLEMS
======================================================================
We invite you to report bugs and other problems using the issue
tracker on SourceForge. The following URL will take you there
directly:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=71971&atid=894711
You can also ask questions on the 'sbml-interoperability' mailing
list, either over email or using the web forum interface (see below).
This may even have advantages, such as that other people may also have
experienced the issue and offer a workaround more quickly than the
SBML Team can respond.
4. LICENSING AND DISTRIBUTION
======================================================================
Licensing and Distribution Terms for the RELAX NG schemas for SBML:
Copyright (C) 2009-2012 jointly by the following organizations:
1. California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA
2. EMBL European Bioinformatics Institute (EBML-EBI), Hinxton, UK
