There are a few items left to optimize the new PII scan changes:

  1. Rename the Hooks Scanner file to match the new service name. Edit* This is being handled as part of update specific-test flag on scan command to include custom hooks #489
  2. Implement the GitRepo abstractions suggested in feedback here: Feature/secureli-435: Implement custom PII scan #496
