ArchE diagram editor icon buttons are not self explanatory #191

When editing a diagram in ArchE the users are not aware of what some icon buttons are doing and expect to see tooltips attached to them.

For example:
In Cameo they have tooltips on diagrams and wished it for ArchE as well.
