Currently, when fetching the database of a parachain, the value <unknown> is always returned.
And in turn, the database isn't used when connecting to a parachain.

It makes sense that the chain information of a parachain (i.e. the list of authorities and stuff) isn't serialized, but the known good peers and the runtime code still should be.
