Bluetooth Switch #1038
Comments
Hi, that function seems to work in here. It would be useful that you say more about yout setup, like smplayer version and OS (windows, linux, macOS,etc). You maybe could check inside Smplayer: |
Thank you for answering my question. I am using SMPlayer version 24.5.0 (revision 10277)(64-bit) on a Windows 10. I have checked the Options>General under Audio Section and the Output Driver does say Default. This function used to work in my system. The only change that I have made that could have caused this function from working could be the addition of “Dolby Atmos for home theater”. However, even when I change it back to 7.1 or 5.1 or Stereo the problem persists. I have uninstalled the Dolby Atmos using Rebo Uninstaller (which means it didn't leave anything behind), but it didn’t make any difference. |
Maybe there have been some change which is not removed after the uninstall process, and somehow smplayer is struggling to detect that there is a bluetooth speaker/headset connected and working. If you have not did it, try changing the value In case this does not work, you may wait to the developer of the program, he may know more about this, i'm just adding my grain of sand in whatever i can :D |
My Bluetooth connection doesn’t switch when using SMPlayer. When I am playing a YouTube video and turn on my Bluetooth speaker the sound switches to the BT speaker. The same happens when I use VLC, however not with SMPlayer. Any advice? Otherwise SMPlayer is the best media player in existence.
