flickr backfeed: flickr users with “no real name given” are handled nameless instead of using the nickname #466

it’s not mandatory to enter a real name at flickr, a nickname is sufficient. if bridgy encounters a user with no real name given, it should not reurn an empty name, but the nickname.

example:

(as far as i can see, instagram backfeeding works like this)
