Dashboard is not showing for users with read only permissions #7113

Please confirm you have done the following before posting your bug report:

Describe the bug
Dashboard is not showing for users with read only permissions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create group with following permissions:
    Reports: view
    Assets: view
    Assets: view: requestable
    Accessories: view
    Consumables: view
    Licenses: view
    Components: view
    Users: view
    Models: view
    Categories: view
    Departments: view
    Statuslabels: view
    Customfields: view
    Suppliers: view
    Manufacturers: view
    Depreciations: view
    Locations: view
    Companies: view
    Self: edit_location
  2. Add user to that group

Expected behavior
User can see a dashboard selecting from the menu.

Server (please complete the following information):

  • Snipe-IT Version Version v4.7.3 - build 4098
  • OS: Debian 8
  • Web Server: Apache
  • PHP Version: 7.1.28

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Browser: chrome
  • Version: 74

Additional context

  • Is this a fresh install or an upgrade? Upgrade
  • What method you used to install Snipe-IT? install.sh
  • Indicate whether or not you've manually edited any data directly in the database? No
