Hi,
i'm new to haskell, i'm trying to write a program that send http requests, i'm using cabal.
when i try to enter "cabal build" there is no error, bet when i try to run the binary output it shows
an "zlib1.dll is missing". I tried to add the zlib header and lib that i have installed with vcpkg using --extra-lib-dirs and --extra-include-dirs but it doesn't work. Is there a way to statically link the dll ?
