Parsing Issues

Some logs in the production resource group have a mix of NGINX format and JSON and others have irregularities in their format the current code failing to parse them. If this is not a result of adding capturing the bandwidth the algorithm will need to accommodate/be more resilient to these irregularities. If it is a result of capturing the bandwidth those changes should be modified, though we also may want to make the algorithm more resilient to irregularities as well
