Is this a BPMN compliant library?

No. It is heavily inspired by BPMN 2.0 and Apache Camel, but it is not compliant in any way with BPMN 2.0

Do you have any plans making it BPMN library?

Releases under v1.x won't be BPMN 2.0 compliant.

What tools can I use to design by workflow?

You can use the fluent Workflow Builder API to design your process model. Take a look at the examples for further information.
