Add a TranslationSource for InputStreams

Hi,

when used within an application server the usage of InputStream would be 
helpful (to load the translation from the classloader. It would be almost a 
copy of the TmxSourceReader.

I attach a small implementation. You may use the changes to TmxSourceReader 
with your own copyright notice and don't have to mention me :-). Take it as 
your own code :-).
