Orchagent crashes everytime in switch create with master image in BCM DNX platform

Description

The PR sonic-net/sonic-swss#2930 introduced a new switch attribute SAI_SWITCH_ATTR_PORT_HOST_TX_READY_NOTIFY which is not supported by BCM DNX SAI and returns INVALID_PARAMETER.
So the orchagent crashes every time.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Load master image in BCM DNX platform in SUP
