Hello!

Similar to Issue #1074, I'm having some difficulty with the EEPRom on my QuantaMesh BMS T7032-IX1

show version output:

admin@sonic:~$ show version
Warning: failed to retrieve PORT table from ConfigDB!

SONiC Software Version: SONiC.HEAD.168-dirty-20200106.050955
Distribution: Debian 9.11
Kernel: 4.9.0-9-2-amd64
Build commit: 1221246
Build date: Mon Jan 6 05:18:36 UTC 2020
Built by: johnar@jenkins-worker-11

Platform: x86_64-quanta_ix1_rangeley-r0
HwSKU: Unknown
ASIC: broadcom
/usr/bin/decode-syseeprom : ERROR : cannot load module: /usr/share/sonic/device/x86_64-quanta_ix1_rangeley-r0/plugins/eeprom.py
Serial Number:
Uptime: 04:30:55 up 12 min, 1 user, load average: 0.05, 0.23, 0.25

I'm able to add eth0 as a management IP but I still get issues with grabbing the port table from configDB, and the host is not pingable from the outside.

This is my first install of SoNIC, so if there's any other info I can provide that would be helpful, please let me know.

Thank you!
