Preset init function

This has been requested by some users. I would like to implement it by sending a dedicated sysex message to the Töörö and read back the sound data. Doing so would result in an init preset that is fully equivalent to using the init function on the device itself. It would require a firmware update on the device though, because this sysex message does not exist yet.
