[Feature Request] Time based textures

I’d really like the ability to be able to change certain textures during specific periods of the day.
For example, I’d like to swap to unique textures during the night in a pale garden.

It would be nice if it was configurable similar to the skybox texture where you can define a time range that any particular skybox is displayed.
