Menus are disabled after installing the package (ST3 build 3143)

Preference menu after installing CodeComplice

Right clic on folder after installing CodeComplice

Adding CodeComplice to ignored_packages

Preference menu after disabling CodeComplice

Right clic on folder after disabling CodeComplice

I am facing same problem. Is there any fix for this? I can't seem to make it work.
