TotallyInformation is the private consultancy name used by Julian Knight.

Julian has over 40 years experience in IT and has always supported Open Standards and Open Source. He has contributed code and documentation to many projects and has provided help and support to many people.

Over the last decade, while holding a full-time job in public sector IT architecture, he has been particularly active in the community of the low-code development platform Node-RED. You will see a number of published node-red modules on GitHub and npm.

Julian's most active and heavily used package is node-red-contrib-uibuilder which is a low-code, data-driven web application capability for Node-RED.

Julian has a number of goals for any ongoing sponsorship. The first would be to enable the use of some additional tooling. Specifically around being able to produce good training and help videos for YouTube.

A stretch goal would be to be able to move away from a full-time enterprise architecture job and give more time over to open source development. A specific goal is to build a new dashboard capability based on uibuilder that would enable anyone to be able to create good-looking, data-driven web interfaces regardless of skill levels.
