Please specify URL and license in pom.xml [SWS-760]

Deployed POMs do not include a project URL or project License section. These data are important for other aspects of Apache Maven which produce reports, e.g. the Project Dependency Management page which is automatically created during mvn site.

SpringFramework core already provides this information, so it will be nice if the other Spring projects do this as well.
