When 2.0 was released (2010), SoapActionEndpointMapping and PayloadRootQNameEndpointMapping were deprecated. No code was removed since that time, but it appears to be inconsistent with Spring MVC. The goal of Spring WS is to remain analogous to Spring MVC, so these two mappings need to be de-deprecated.

This started at an SWS issue, but was moved over to Spring Integration due to lack of documentation on integrating with Spring WS via the newer methods.
