On my local setup, running stac browse worked fine, until I did docker pull tiangolo/uvicorn-gunicorn-fastapi:python3.7 - which then rebuilt the tiler container and broke the command. This should be fixed and the Dockerfile-titiler file should be pinned to a more specific tag of tiangolo/uvicorn-gunicorn-fastapi.
