Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes I want to receive payments into my stacker news wallet programmatically. One difficulty of doing so is checking the "status" of the payment.

Describe the solution you'd like
The LNURL-verify spec (see here) fixes this and is supported by getalby.com, for example. I would love it if stacker news supported it too.

Describe alternatives you've considered
When I send payments into my stacker news account programmatically, I could follow the zap protocol so that I get a zap notification (since stacker news already supports zap receipts). But not all services that I want to send money in from support the zap protocol, so this would not always work, and the zap protocol is also way more complicated than the lnurl-verify protocol.
