Describe the bug
When I update an organization's image, the "save changes" button remains disabled unless I update some other field, as you can see in the attached video.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to profile organization page
  2. Edit an organization
  3. update organization image
  4. See the "Save changes" button remain disabled.

Expected behavior
Whenever an organization's image is updated, the "Save changes" button should be enabled

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Browser [e.g. chrome, safari]

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: [e.g. iPhone6]
  • OS: [e.g. iOS8.1]
  • Browser [e.g. stock browser, safari]

Acceptance Criteria

  • I have tested on Chrome desktop
  • I have posted a screenshot or video in my PR
  • I have rebased and tested locally before submitting my PR
  • I can submit a PR within 2 days of taking the bounty
