First digit unable to be edited when entering in a bounty #859

After I type the first digit in the value of a bounty, I am no longer able to change it. I also temporarily got locked out of the box until I clicked out of it and clicked back in.

This issue is true when editing a bounty. I am also unable to select all and delete the values as well.

Any digit should be able to be deleted and replaced. All values should be able to be selected, deleted and replaced.
