一个项目有多个目录，不同目录归属于不同的项目组，A目录授权A项目组，B目录授权B项目组，user01同属于A项目组和B项目组，并且在A项目和B项目组中，被授权A目录的编辑权限和B目录的编辑权限，但是登陆用户user01后，只能看到目录A，不能同时看到目录A和目录B

目前不支持这么复杂的权限设置。后面可能会支持 单个用户 可以设置 多个目录权限。#2238
