能不能自动从ldap同步用户过来，或者让ldap上创建的用户可以直接能登录，而不需要手动刷新

管理后台那里是要手动同步的，因为程序不知道你什么时候新增用户。
对于用户登录，好像 当不存在的时候，程序会尝试去LDAP SERVER读取并同步过来。

所以说，理论上，当新用户第一次登录的时候，也会同步过来，不需要手动。
但太久了，不记得这个逻辑了
