Is it time to retire “ForceMove” from the codebase?

For a while now we have used challenge in the API. But we still use the force move term in source code as well as the IForceMoveApp https://docs.statechannels.org/protocol-tutorial/0020-execution-rules/#application-rules interface.

Since force moving is really associated with unilateral rights in application execution rules as well as turn taking, I would argue we should no longer use the term in the above ways -- the use of force move type behaviour is of course still supported but only at the choice of the application developer.
