Upload notes and create index with Core dev notes

Go through https://github.com/status-im/pm/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aclosed and upload previous notes as .md files in a folder to this repository, similar as is done here: https://github.com/ethereum/pm/blob/master/README.md.

Then create a table similar to the above, that lists Core Dev Call, Date, Link to Notes and Link to video (see https://www.youtube.com/c/Statusim/).

Acceptance criteria

• Previous ~10 meeting notes are in this repository
• Table for easier reference in README.md

Future work

• Improve previous notes by transcribing videos
• Outsource note taking to community, similar to Take notes for all core devs call 52 ethereum/pm#69

yeah, technically, it's not... However, there's plenty of other work that can be done here (next steps: transcribing videos to improve notes), so there will be lots of other bounties available @yukogure and I will give you first preference on the next one.

That’s a bummer. I’m only able to translate into Japanese. Never done transcribing before, and the only chance I got was some beginner friendly tasks like these. I’d like to try transcribing too though, there is always a first time to something
