I have a form which I left open over the weekend. The page was loaded on 5 May 2017 and today (8 May 2017) is still selects 5 May 2017 whenever I click the "Today" button. It should select today's date regardless of when the page was loaded. As another example, if I load a page at 11:58 pm and wait two minutes, "Today" should select the next date since it's now after midnight.
