Glosses with the [TM] trademark tag are just regular glosses that happen to also be trademarked names. Currently I'm extracting these glosses out of the glossary and displaying them in the "extra info" section, which I think is giving them undue importance.

I should display them similarly to regular glosses, but with appropriate ® or ™ symbols.
